Domestic Shipping Information
It takes 1-2 business day for your order to be processed. After it has been processed, it will take the stated amount of business days in the table above for it to arrive depending on the delivery method you chose at checkout. In the event of processing delays, we will contact you. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact us before purchasing so we can assist you in choosing the right shipping method for you!
Expedited orders must be received by 10:00 AM PST to ship the same day. If the order is placed after 10:00 AM PST, the order will ship the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday and excludes holidays since delivery carriers do not deliver express orders on weekends & holidays.
We only offer express shipping via UPS within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier delays, carrier errors, or package theft once the package has left our warehouses. Please address these issues with USPS via your tracking code.
What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?
1. Refund: We're sorry your order didn't work out! If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from your delivery date to request a refund.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. Refunds will issued for the amount customers paid for the item(s) excluding any expedited shipping fees. Items that arrive defective or damaged will have the return shipping covered by us. VIP Members will always have the return shipping covered by us. 2. Exchange: Love it, but need a different size or color? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days from your delivery date. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. VIP Members will have their return shipping covered by us. Please continue reading below for more information about eligible exchanges.
Eligibility For Returns & Exchanges
The returns & exchanges policy applies to all items purchased through our website at Alilang.com. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received at our fulfillment center within 30 days of your original order shipment date.
Please note, initiating an exchange on our website or by contacting customer care does not guarantee that an exchange will be possible at the time we process your return. Inventory is not held for exchanges and may sell out before we are able to process your request. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us here.
Items Not Eligible For Refunds
1. Items marked as final sale or flash sale
2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
3. Returns received in damage/worn condition or with fragrances
4. Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
5. Shipping charges, expect in cases where we made a shipping error.
1. Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. If swimwear is reversible, both liners must be intact to be accepted for a return. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner (both for reversible swimwear) will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Shoes: Must be returned with original shoe box. Please place the box inside a large packing box. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box are non-refundable and will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-apparel items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Refund or Exchange Now
To begin your refund or exchange, please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you with your request. Please print, complete, and include the Return Form below in your return package to us. This allows us to identify the order and quickly expedite the returns & exchange process for our customers.
When Do I Get My Refund?
If you have already contacted us and sent your package to us, it will normally take around 5-10 business days after arrival for our refund department to process your return & refund. Once your item has been inspected, we will send you an email with all the details regarding your refund. You will be credited the amount stated in the email and it will take 3-5 business days for the amount to appear back on your credit card or the payment method you used to checkout with. Note, expedited shipping fees paid by customers are non-refundable. Only the amount the customer paid for the item can be refunded.
When Do I Get My Exchanged Item?
Once we receive your item and inspected it, we will ship your exchanged item within 2-4 business days. We will send you an email with your new tracking code once your item has been shipped.
Please note, you must contact us first before sending back any packages so we can properly process your return or exchange in the fastest way possible. Please print, complete, and include the Return Form below in your return package to us. This allows us to identify the order and quickly expedite the returns & exchange process for our customers. Without the form inserted in your return packaging, we will be unable to identify who to refund or send an exchange item to when we receive your returned package.
