Domestic Shipping Information:
How long does it take for my order to ship? We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact Customer Care for help in choosing the right shipping method to get your package on time!
Expedited shipping: Orders must be received by 10 A.M. PST to ship same day. If received after 10 A.M., orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as delivery carriers do not deliver express orders on weekends.
We only offer express shipping via UPS within the continental United States. We cannot expedite orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver. We are not responsible for delays due to carrier delays or errors once the package has left our warehouses.

What is your Domestic Returns & Exchange Policy?
1. Refund: Receive a refund back to your original payment method. Customer is responsible for the return label cost.
2. Exchange: Love it, but need a different size, color, or pattern? No problem! Exchange requests must be received within 30 days of the original order date. Customer is responsible for the return label.
3. Store credit + $5 bonus: We’re sorry your order didn’t work out, so let us make things right. If your return arrives back to us within 30 days of your shipping date, you can recieve a Alilang store credit for the amount of your return and a BONUS $5 credit you can use toward finding something else you will love.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received back to our fulfillment center within 30 days of your original order shipment date as printed on your packing slip.
Please note, creating an exchange on our site or by contacting Customer Care does not guarantee that an exchange will be possible at the time we process your return. Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
1. Items marked as final sale.
2. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
3. Returns received in damaged/worn condition or with fragrances.
4. Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
5. Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Items Eligible for Store Credit Only:
Returns received by Alilang between 30-40 days after the original order shipment date may possibly get store credits depend on the item’s condition. Late returns are not eligible for the $5 bonus offer. Once a return receives store credit, we are unable to reverse the request. If you are unsure with your specific situation, please do not hesitate to contact us.
1. Swimwear: Must be returned with hygienic liner intact. If swimwear is reversible, both liners must be intact to be accepted for a return. Any swimwear received without the hygienic liner (both for reversible swimwear) will receive no refund or store credit.
2. Shoes: Must be returned with original shoe box. Please place it inside a larger packing box. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoe box are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credit.
3. Non-apparel items: Must be returned with original packaging intact, otherwise they are non-refundable and will receive no refund or store credits.

Where’s my return?
If you have already sent a package back to us, it will normally take around 7-10 business days to arrive back to us. Once delivered to our fulfillment center in Anaheim California, you can expect your return to be processed within 5-7 business days. As soon as we process your return, we’ll send you an email with all the details inside! In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.
Please note that you must contact us first before sending back any packages so we can properly process your return order.
