How do I check my order status?

If you’re registered on, simply visit your Account page to see when your order was placed, the date your order shipped from our warehouse, and other key steps in the process. If you used the guest checkout option, you can track your order once it ships by referencing the shipping confirmation email sent to you. If you have questions prior to shipment, contact Customer Care by email or over the phone 714.400.2135, and one of our representatives will be happy to help.

Can I call to place my order?

No. At this time we aren’t able to process orders over the phone. However, if you are having trouble placing your order, please email us at or call Customer Care 714.400.2135, and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Next business day and two-business day shipping cannot be added or removed after an order has been placed. If you choose either next business day or two-business day shipping at checkout, we are unable to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you ordered with standard shipping, you can cancel an order within 2 hours from the time it was placed. If you’re registered on, simply visit your RETURNS and one of our representative will be happy to assist you. If you purchased using guest checkout, contact Customer Care at 714.400.2135 within 2-hour window, and one of our representatives will be happy to help.

For all shipping methods, including next business days, two-business day, and standard shipping, we are unable to modify items, payment methods, or shipping methods after an order has been placed. Please note: Note all items are available for cancellation.

Do you charge sales tax?
